Answers to the most frequently asked questions about the conference package
When should we involve odprezentuj in preparing a corporate conference?
Ideally, bring us in when you’re working on the stage design and projection setup. Slides will be on screen most of the time, so an impactful yet functional projection surface is the foundation of every conference. Together with your event agency, we’ll design the optimal projection layout for the venue. With 15+ years of experience in conference presentations, we also make sure the content is clearly visible to everyone in the hall.
Can you handle ultra-wide and non-standard projections?
Yes, and we enjoy working with them at conferences. Non-standard slide formats such as 32:9 or split projection surfaces give conferences a touch of the extraordinary. They subconsciously tell the audience that this isn’t just another run-of-the-mill corporate presentation they see week after week.
How does the collaboration on the presentations themselves work?
First, we agree with the client on the expected scope of the presentations and the deadlines for materials so we can plan the necessary capacity. We then make sure everything is ready by D-day. Presentations are usually prepared 2–4 weeks before the event. This is when our collaboration is most intensive, and we need your full cooperation in delivering materials on time and fine-tuning the slides.
What do you need to start working on the presentations?
We always start with the content. Rough slides or an outline in Word are enough. We then discuss the content with the individual presenters – ideally directly.
Can you also help with what's on screen around the presentations?
Yes, we can create static or animated backdrops that complement the projected slides. We think of the projection surface as a whole and want
the audience to see it that way too.
Some speakers aren't used to presenting in front of hundreds of people. Can you help?
Our conference package can include presentation coaching sessions where speakers rehearse their talks. We give them feedback and tips
on what to focus on. We also offer video-recorded coaching sessions.
How do you work with event agencies?
Working directly with the event agency works best. We know many of the leading Czech agencies well.
Are you present at the events in person?
Yes, we attend key events in person. On site, we make sure the presentations look on screen exactly as intended. During the dress rehearsal, we make last-minute changes in real time, and during the event itself we oversee the smooth running of the presentations. Our presence on site is a guarantee
that there will be no problems with the presentations. Our long-standing clients know why they insist on having us there.
