FAQ
How quickly can you prepare a presentation?
It depends on its scope. You can’t go wrong if you get in touch a few weeks before D-day. For clients we already know, we can turn simpler presentations around within days.
Do you only handle design, or content too?
We usually work on both content and design. Without well-structured content, a good presentation simply can’t happen. But if your content is already polished, we can just refine the slides.
What about confidentiality and NDAs?
We treat all information our clients share with us as confidential. We routinely sign NDAs when the situation calls for it.
How much does a presentation cost?
We’ll be happy to give you a rough estimate once we’ve reviewed your materials in detail. It depends on a number of variables – mainly the scope of the presentation, the deadline, the completeness of the materials and the complexity of the work. The final price per slide usually ranges from CZK 900 to 3,400 excl. VAT. The price per slide is only indicative. We always calculate the final price as the time spent preparing the presentation multiplied by our hourly rates.
In what form should I provide the materials?
It’s up to you – you can roughly put the content into PowerPoint or write it up in a Word document.
Will the output be editable?
Yes, unless agreed otherwise, we deliver the final presentation in PowerPoint. You’ll be able to edit the slides yourself.
Can we work on the presentation together in a shared file?
Yes, we’re used to working with clients in a single version of the presentation stored on our SharePoint. No more juggling different versions or complicated handovers of edits.
Do you also prepare presentations in English and German?
We work for clients from more than 10 countries and routinely prepare presentations for them in English and German. For English presentations, we can arrange translation or
proofreading by a native speaker.
What if I’m in a real
hurry with my presentation?
Sometimes we can even work miracles on short notice. Just expect an express rate.
