Answers to the most frequently asked questions about preparing a presentation
I have a conference presentation coming up. How far in advance should I start?
The ideal time to prepare a major conference presentation is one month. It gives us room to fine-tune the storytelling, create impactful slides and, if you’re interested, run a presentation coaching session.
Can you create the content for me as well?
We’ll help you structure your presentation and refine the storyline, but the core content has to come from you. You’ll be the one on stage, and to come across as authentic, you need to “own” your content. We’ll take care of everything else – from slide visualisation to communication with the production team – but the content is primarily up to you.
I have an important board presentation. Where do we start?
With executive presentations, more than anywhere else, content is everything. That’s why we always start with it. At the kick-off meeting, we’ll discuss what you need to achieve and what materials you have at hand. If you’re presenting sensitive information, we can sign an NDA.
We’ll help you organise the content into a meaningful storyline. Only once the content is polished do we move on to the design.
Can you tailor presentations to different audiences?
Of course. We’re not as deeply immersed in your subject as you are, so we can look at it with fresh eyes. Together we’ll find a level of detail your audience can digest – and an angle that’s relevant and engaging.
Can you deliver formats other than PowerPoint?
Yes. Although most slides are still created in PowerPoint, we can deliver the output in a wide range of formats – from a timed presentation in video form to interactive HTML all the way to static PDF.
How much will the presentation cost?
For a conference or board presentation, the price is usually in the tens of thousands of Czech crowns. We’ll be able to give you a more accurate estimate
once we’ve reviewed your materials.
